This role is designed with an option to coach the successful Repair Technician into franchise/store ownership. 100% financed by Cellairis.

• Able to comprehend technical documentation, charts, and operating
• Timely output to ensure continuity, quality, and safety is mandatory
• Communication: ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement.
• Dexterity: Computer repair techs use their hands to manipulate objects within the computer.
• Troubleshooting: Computer repair techs must be able to diagnose, repair and test computer problems as they arise.

Hiring Requirements:

• Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem"
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
• Physical skill requirements
  • Vision/hand-eye coordination to perform repairs
  • Lift 25 Lbs.
• Good vision/hand-eye coordination
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check/drug test
• Professional appearance

Previous Work Experience:

• Retail experience recommended but not required
  • 2+ years in electronic repair location
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed repair goals
